I was on my iPad at my doctor’s appointment trying to get ‘em. I took L’s on SNKRS and all the major retailers online. I left there feeling bad. I can’t lie. The office is near a DTLR store. I decided to go there for the helluvit. I know they usually don’t have the new releases in stock except for raffle winners. Of course, I didn’t see them on the shelf. They had the Jordan 1 mid reverse bred. I was going to get them, but; they didn’t have my size. Then, the girl rubbed it in and told me they sold the last pair they had in my size yesterday. I shook my head and started walking towards the door. Something told me it wouldn’t hurt to ask if they had the Jordan 6 midnight navy. The same girl asked, “What size?” I was like, “You got ‘em?” She said, “Yeah, we don’t have a raffle winner for your size. So, they’re for sale.” My luck got even better when I found out I had $25 in rewards points. So, after taking L’s all morning at the doctor’s office; I got ‘em in-store for $185.

Hell yeah I hit on them yesterday, they restocked online at champs and got my size 13

This and the upcoming Georgetown are a must for me. Way more class than many of the other Jordan releases this year.

Another great example of a simple colorway being low key perfection.Release dates are all over the place depending on the country but definitely looking forward to the release.

as an adult I dig the simplicity of it, you can wear this and not be that flamboyant. they are very nice as an everyday wear, also if you don't have lots of Jordan's this is a good start, they look good with almost any outfit

Honestly, I’m glad people aren’t as hype for them makes it a ton easier to copp 💯🤷🏽‍♂️. Plus, it definitely gives me an Olympic 6s vibe but a little closer to the Sport Blue (September Blue) 6s which I have also.

Already got mine, here in Japan it release May 7. Easy to cop, not too hype among Japanese sneaker head, maybe because historically less relatable to them or the color is not popping out enough to follow their taste. But i'm glad i can cop it after 22 years...this one is simple color blocking and clean!!!

Landed a pair of Sport Blue 6's back when they Retro'd 6-7 years ago now. While I liked the clean light blue, part of me ached for that midnight Navy feel. Thanks to Angelus, flipped the sports to navy and never looked back. Looking forward though.... yeah, you got me doing that for these Navy joints now.

Facts

I like exclusive, crazy, super hype shoes just like everybody else but you have to have your daily drivers. The leather on these is surprisingly good and I’m a sucker for the classy, clean shoes. It’s also how I feel about the Georgetown 3. So damn slept on

One of my grails alongside Cool Grey 11’s and Fire Red 3’s. Hunted for the older releases through high school but didn’t have the bread for em. Been lucky these past few months with releases hahaha

I remember when these released. I was a young buck 19 year old ready to take the world. Never got a chance to get them so I’m hyped I got another chance for a fresh pair 22 years later.

The 6's have eluded me for many years. This time around, the contractors showed up to replace a room because of water damage caused by a broken pipe in my sink. Since I barely can find my size in stores, I didn't/don't want to gamble with ordering a sneaker I'm not familiar with.

these and the Georgetown 6's are a must cop for me. I was thinking about the Red Oreo 6's but they aren't a must like these

I do like the Jordan 6 silhouette , out of the OG 1s-14s definitely somewhere in that middle range on my list. I do miss seeing more 6s , i remember around 2010 & the years around there it felt like we got way more drops on the 6s. Now the far too many AJ1 & other more common AJ model releases (as much as i like many of them) has limited the amount we get of other Jordan models. I do like these , they are clean , especially for the Spring and Summer. Only issue for me is that 6s just do not look that good on me anymore , they are a bit clunky and don't suit my style so much and just rarely look good on me ; especially certain colorways. Which is a shame considering I do like Jordan 6s quite a bit.

@@axpect8983 yeah for me it is the Jordan 6s and 7s at this point , neither really look good on me anymore which is a shame because i do like both silhouettes. With darker colorways on those models they work a bit more for me / look less bad on me but especially lighter colorways on the 6s and 7s just don't look good on me anymore.

Great leather on these I hear. And nicer insole. Got ‘em on SNKRS along with the 72-10 lows just today. And a pair of dunks. Luck has turned around lately. Really want the black and white 4s, but I assume my luck will have run out by then lol.

I remember when these first released in 2000. Seeing them on the shelf as a kid I wanted these so bad, have been a grail of mine. Never purchased the re-release cause I had so many other sneakers on my radar at the time. Currently trying to decide if I should purchase these, the midnight navy 4s, the mystic navy 1 low, or just wait for the J3 midnight navy drop next year. Navy Blue is my fav color, hoping we see a J1 High Navy Blue drop sometime soon.

Just purchased today after years of waiting added to the collection (birthday 🎁) to join my 4s, 8s, 11s, 12s & 13s. High Top 🔝🎩

I really dig these, BUT Im iffy about 6s and how they look on feet. I have carmines and maroons. I have the university blue 9s that dropped last year and very similar vibe in colorway so I’m leaning towards a not cop.

I got a W on these, pretty pleased. Clean, understated and the J6 is always a sick silhouette.

I wonder why they won't don't do a review on the jordan 1 Georgetown, like I wanna def see that review from you guys. Def know bucket wud give that a good review score 👏🏾

I have these and don’t recall where I got em lol. They’re nice, but not a must have. I pulled the trigger because it’s tough to get anything in my size. I find 5’s are the most comfortable as they don’t feel narrow at the toe like 3’s, 4’s, 6’s and almost every other pinkie shredding Jordan.

Have to agree, 5s are king for wide footers. 3s are close 2nd just because of the midsole and materials they come in. Would defo pick 3s over 4s although 4s look fire and release more often.

6’s are comfy, only problem I have with them is they feel heavy around the ankle

Very very clean it’s a shame these aren’t appreciated as much. Even though I’d wear these the special factor that comes from hype and resell value just puts me on the fence.

When I first started watching yall videos not too long ago, I was like damn, this Bucket guy hates every damn shoes lmao. But now I NEED to know what Buckets think of the sneaker. I feel like he brings an OG sneakerhead perspective so you know what the old heads will think about this shoe. Keep it up!

Yeah, but they need to release those 2's in a high top version this time though.

I restored an original pair of these during the pandemic, but now I realized that I’m not a fan of 6’s that are mostly white; they’re not really a good look on me when I wear them. I was excited about these releasing, but not anymore. I got rid of my Maroon joints for the same reason, and now I’ll probably do another sole swap on the 2000 pair and sell them.
