Hi Sir, Hope you and your family well! Will see your motivational and other videos of all time and really awesome and motivating to other who think weak great to hear from your end on the same. Have lot of doubts but asking related to this specific video am doing workout hard in the gym and having one scoop of whey post workout and other non veg as like 2gm per kg not more than that and daily taking 10 egg whites other than Sunday rest time so is there any issues with this ruotine ??
