SHE's GORGEOUS... looks just like my two boys-- one 6 on Thanksgiving and the other little over a year old.. rescued out back here before the coyotes got him.. JUST BARELY..

Shirley here, my black cat right after we adopted her, before going to work she knocked over a plant stand, I tried to catch it but to late. She broke a expensive picture frame. But what can you say we live her to death. She's got us wrapped about her paw.

Wow my cat has never knocked over anything I know how most cats love to use their paws to swat and knock things over. She has never once done that. I'm so happy to hear your cat has your heart it's really sweet when you see them make an impact on your life. 😊

Had the exact same black cat (male) when I was young. Yellow eyes and black pads and that silky black fur makes her a 'Bombay.' Try to have her play before eating her meals and push the moisture in her diet. Remember, mice are 70% water! Good Luck.

Aw that's cute I always wanted a male black cat. Yep she would always play before a meal. Unfortunately she ended up getting a UTI so the vet put her on Hills 🙄 worst food you can buy. Now she's gained weight and her fur is gross and falling out. It wasn't my choice. She was on good food before kept her coat nice. I would switch between dry and wet but now it's just that stupid Hills!! I'm not a fan of the vet my mom has for my cat. It's so annoying! Thank you for watching and your advice.

We adopted our black cat from the humane society 10 years ago and she so happy she knows she's lovrf

Aw thank you so much for your kind comment. Yes microchipped thank goodness! I begged my mom to get my last cat one she wouldn't do it then she got outside and I never saw her again. It was very hard on me. I'm on the autism spectrum so it was difficult. Thank you for watching my video.

THAT is the correct way to do it-- let THEM pick you.. I"ve seen people that go through and IGNORE the one that picks them- and choose another one- and they usually end up coming back when they do that.. CATS CHOOSE US-- and we don't OWN them-- we SERVE them... .they own the house/ apartemnt and WE are allowed to live with them!!! :) AND- we never have an empty heart ever again.. no matter what.

It's so true! People pick the cutest one or the kittens ect. So sad to see. Especially if it's not what they expect when they get it home. I came in for a different cat I wanted to look at. I didn't feel anything but I wanted to give a chance until I saw last one I saw and I knew was my cat. Instant connection. Especially after seeing all her little ways she tried to get my attention and I saw that she came up to me instantly no other people not even my mom.

Sorry your kitty went missing. Your cat is beautiful. I have 2 gorgeous black cats. I have a soft spot for black cats.❤🐈❤😺❤🐈❤

Thanks sadly she still hasn't returned I believe someone has her and are either waiting for a reward to be posted or they don't know she's missing or just don't care. I haven't given up though. I have a feeling she's still out there.

Outstanding! You have her microchipped if she gets out and your heart gets torn again with terror and worry but there is a better chance you will get a call. Get her used to wearing a cat jacket (the right word escapes me) that will accept a leash if you intend to take her out for walks. I’m about to put a cat tree in my small bedroom because my two cats need more to do. They have scratching posts around and covers on the soft furniture to keep the fur to the point where I can whip them off before guests. Check out pet insurance.

Thank you! Yes microchip thank goodness especially since she's been running out of the house as of late. Also thankfully we live in a safe neighborhood unlike when we lived in Florida in the middle of no where surrounded by wilderness. My parents chose to live outside away from the city and town. So tracking my cat down there was very difficult and we didn't have any neighbors. Aww yes your cats will love the cat tree. I find her sleeping in hers in the morning or she will sleep on my pile of clothes that are on the floor lol. I got her a new bed too but she won't use it.

Sadly she got out of the house 2 weeks ago when our front door flew open during a storm and has been missing ever since. It's hitting me very hard because I have done everything to find her and nothing has come out of it.

What does she eat and why the long gap between breakfast and her second meal? Do you free feed or does she have to wait for meals

She got wet food in the morning and dry at night then sometimes I have to mix it or she wouldn't touch it. The long gap was so I could try and get her on a regular feeding schedule because thorough out the day all she do is meow all day for food. Nighttime was the same she wouldn't stop. No free feeding! I never recommend that to anyone. She waits for meals. She's finally on a regular schedule. She doesn't eat as early now. She knows when it's time and she knows it too. When the clock hits that time she will come and get me. Thank you for your question. Hope it answers it.
