Hey… no worries. You make dyslexia look cool, and that’s a service to the whole world! The Tucson used in the film is the long wheel base version as it’s the only one sold in the US and Canada.

I have this type of car when I driving crowded road the transmission is coming hot so if you have any solution

A really comprehensive informative review. I like how you point out the practicalities for everyday use, eg the position of the front cupholders, the size of the armrest. I appreciate the cutaway detail shots when you are talking, for example, about the underfloor boot storage.

I love the Tucson I have one in 2019, waiting on my delivery November of N-Line S tech pack Auto 4WD

Another great comprehensive review Tish. I like the style of the Tuscan, no Tucson, no Toucan err... Tooson. For years I've been unable to get the name right and I'm still not sure if I have it right. Apart from the grey paint (personally although this colour seems to be on trend, I don't want a car the same colour as the road) I like it. As an SUV it ticks all the boxes but apart from the radical style there are other options around that might just put bigger ticks in those boxes. It's certainly worth putting it on the short list for a test drive.

Hahaha whenever I’m not sure how to pronounce, I listen to how Matt Watson pronounces it 😅 it is a very nice car! There are definitely better gearboxes out there but it didn’t ruin the experience

Tish - as someone who lives in the US but loves almost everything about UK, your car reviews give us (my family and I) one more reason to travel to your beautiful part of the world. You are very good at what you do (that's a given) but what we particularly like about your reviews is attention to detail, and your composure. One thing we might request (if possible) is that you introduce a small element of travel in your reviews so we can also enjoy the greenery and beauty of UK. Perhaps a drive to one of the cricket stadiums where England is playing India! Keep up the good work!

Great video. This car is very high on my shortlist, with Sportage GT Line and Austral. Too bad it doesn't have heated windscreen and parking assist, as I use them a lot in my Kadjar.

Hi Tish, loved to watch your review of the Tucson. I have recently ordered the car as PHEV version in Shadow Grey and N Line trim. Overhere in The Netherlands the driver and passenger seat are fully electric in N line trim. Can’t wait to get mine. 🙂 Thanks for your nice review. 🙂👍🏻

Good Review! I live in Australia and we have a 2.0 ltr turbo diesel highlander N Line variant available here, and I just placed an order for one. We do not have the hybrid options available though only the diesel and the 1.6ltr turbo petrol variant. So from what we have to choose from the diesel was the best choice. I think next generation here they will introduce the hybrids will be good when they come along.

We just ordered the 24 plate version of this exact model and color. We pick it up in January new. Cannot wait 😁 bit of an upgrade from our 09 astra!

I only said it because you truly deserve it. Some reviewers see it necessary to use P or F words instead of doing a proper and decent review. Oh! and they object to being spoken to about their rotten grammar.

I bought a N-line sky PHEV. Dark night colour. And…I can pick him up at saturday!! 👍🏼👌🏼

Pleased I went with Sportage PHEV GTLine S. Leaves this car for dead. Love your reviews btw.

I've had this exact vehicle for 5 months now, unfortunately the repairers have had it half that time as it was crashed into by a stollen hit and run driver. I'm told I should finally have it back this week after 2.5 months.

I have the 1.6 petrol manual and it’s the same gray as that one and I love mine. I was going to get a manual but everywhere I read it said the automatic gearbox was slow so glad I got the manual as you have said the same thing 😂, I also don’t like the dashboard cloth thing!

I used to pronounce wrong myself. I've had 2 of them myself. I had the 2019 SE & the 2022 SEL with CONVINIECE PACKAGE

Great review. Got an N LIne S Hybrid on order, due in September. I agree the seats should be electric not manual. Whats strange is the normal N Line has electric seats but the N Line S doesn't. Anyway, keep up the good work, I have just subscribed. Thank you

That's a mistake on the Hyundai specs sheet. The inferior N Line does not have electric seats either. The lumbar adjustment on the driver seat is, however, electric on both trims.

@@air6842 Was it UK spec? My Tucson N Line S also arrives in September, and I spent so much time looking at the spec sheets deciding what trim to get. Even the guy at the dealer confirmed that the N Line and N Line S don't have electric seats (except for the driver's lumbar adjustment), which was a bit of a disappointment for me. On top of this, I just scoured through photos on AutoTrader, and can tell you that all the N Line seats I can see are manual, not electric.

I had a Tucson premium till a fire truck rote it off, When they opened the drivers door they said how did you get out of it with a cut on your hand and a bruse on my arm, They are great cars to drive, I have ordered another one the ultimate all wheel drive, I would highly recommend them,

I bought the Tuscon Ultimate back in April, I was lucky to have got it then as i ordered it in January, one thing I was gutted about was the fact that mine hasn't the remote park/tight spot ability on the keys, I was told by the dealer that it wasn't available at the time? That said, it is a good car to drive though 👍

Yeah, that clever remote-parking is an option on the Ultimate trim (in the UK). Shame.

It is the only sub 300k SEK (£25k) SUV I can find in this class so seems like a pretty good option in Sweden. All other options are 50 to 100k more (£4k-8k).

The A-pillars seem to be a bit of an issue on most Hyundai/Kia models. They’re quite thick and sloped at an angle that just makes it hard to see. I find it true on some Toyota models too (Yaris and Corolla).

Here in the US these are sold as a Long Wheel Base I use to own one there poplar and Hyundai’s top seller along side the Hyundai Palisade

I was waiting for Tucson N , there were even spyhot of it as well as planned powertrain but it was canceled. Coulda been a he'll of a N AWD performance SUV with 2.5l, 300hp engine From gv70 or Stinger. Very disappointed. 188hp for this suv not even enough to get go.

You are so lovelier, you the presenter. I kinda like ya!

With AWD its quite sporty.

How can the N-line have less features than the limited edition, I mean no 360 camera, no heads up display, then the worst of them all as an N- line no paddle shifters, wattttt ..........I don understand, please explain

It is meant to be the sportier 'looking' model, so I understand it having less specification that the ultimate but it is disappointing it doesn't have manual paddle shifters

We have the diesel in South Africa....much much better than the petrol. Huge torque that pulls like a train, and great fuel consumption. Fabulous car. Only complaint is the piano black in the cockpit that gets dusty and shows fingerprints easy. 2.0 Diesel provides 137 kW power and 440 Nm torque. Funny how the Brits can't pronounce Tucson... Just think of Tucson Arizona USA. It's definitely not Tusk-can...more like Two-son.

I have this car but How can I drive this car when the road is crowded ? Please if you have any solution because when I driving crowded road transmission coming hot

The Tucson N Line doesn’t look bad for a C-segment crossover. However, I am so disappointed that Hyundai isn’t making a Tucson N. It would definitely be cool if the Tucson N came with AWD, maybe 340hp and an 8DCT. It would have been a nice rival to the Volkswagen Tiguan R.

"Music" is loud enough, but the narrator can be heard at a mediocre level. Have to shut down ambient noise around me. the tailgate needs a handing strap to be easy to close. The "A" pillar is too thick, vision blocked too easily.

What she not said is this is the entry 4wd n line the othere do not get gear shifter they are on buttons Yes it dealer are selling for around 32k new in this spec still cheaper than European or Japanese brands stop gushing and talk about the car

It's not matt grey it's a solid colour with top coat not matt matt paint has no shine

Tucson N Line. Hyundai doesn’t make a Tucson N (I wish they did). The one Tish reviewed only has 180 horsepower. If the Tucson N were to arrive, I’d expect it to have at least 300.

I think it's horrible where Hyundai put there badge on the rear of it. It's like they has designed the car and forgot about the badge then panicked and decided to stick it there its so cheap looking. All they had to do was lower where the number plate goes a put the badge above that. Maybe a job for the revamp in a couple of years time. A pity as the rest of it is a good looking stylish SUV although however the Kia Sportage is even better looking and classier.

Listening to a woman talks about cars it’s the most sexiest thing ever! Compare to me I only know how to fill up the gas tank:-(

Pronounced ‘Hun-day’. Only Maya Rudolph in an SNL skit about 12 years ago pronounced it the way you do 🤦‍♂️

The Nline us not top spec Nine s top sporty package Top spec goes to ultimate range spec. You really need to research better There is 1.6T petrol 1.6 T 48v mhev 1.6T hybrid hev 1.6T plug in hybrid phev Steering rolls come the car roll due to it suspension not steering you know nothing about cars it's a shameful review learn about your subject more
