    Thanks for the tip on not doing the wide release up, was doing that in my race in Rotterdam 😅… (since I saw some fast guys doing it in my first race in Amsterdam 2023). Next up race will be in Amsterdam again in Oct 💪🔥

    how do you know which damper setting to have it on? I've read 1 below what you use for row is ideal

    Hey Gary, so in hyrox they are all set to 6 (ski ergs and rower) you can change them if you want. In training you might Calvary it up depending on the stimulus of that workout. In training I range between 5-7, in hyrox simulations I keep it at 6. Cross fitters for example often have they setting much higher. Hope that helps
