Best video i've seen that covers the broad jump. For me personally I like to do a step back and jump up, would be good to see this technique covered too.

Do you have to take off from both feet, or just on landing?

The move you were making @0.53-1.00 where you went on knee and then put your foot up to meet your hand is legal I presume.

Yes it is. As long as your feet don't go past your hands

Can you jump as far as you like or do you have to keep jumps smaller by the rules? Or is the idea to just pace yourself and keep the jumps conservative throughout?
