This is good stuff. Such a psychological/social engineer, Ramsey is on these shows sometimes. He demolished their confidence, shames them, but pulls them together in the end. He creates a relationship of trust through nailing them through the head, then by associating himself with them, to create a team connection, and they are incentivized perfectly to do what will please him. Very neat bit to dissect...

im digging these less-edited US versions. definitely not perfect, but we're getting there! well done as far as i'm concerned

Ramsay comes across as he is: a 5 time Michelin star chef from a different generation. He's earned his stripes. Whether you agree with his language or not the content of what he says is 100% correct and it comes from a place of love for his craft. I respect the son for respecting his mother, but c'mom dude; your mother's been through the wars, I think she can handle a little criticism from a world class chef who you hired to save your business.
