HYPERIA Construction Flyover | 06/11/23 | Thorpe Park | Project Exodus Rollercoaster Update

This flyover of the Hyperia (formerly known as 'Project Exodus') site at Thorpe Park took place on 06/11/23, at dusk. Hyperia will be the UK's tallest and fastest rollercoaster when it opens in 2024!
Apologies for the low quality of this footage, it was captured in fairly low lighting conditions, and the camera on our mini drone doesn't cope well in low light, so we've had to boost it in post processing, which has resulted in some areas (particularly the white support columns and track) becoming quite over exposed.
PLEASE NOTE: This video has been captured by a registered and qualified UAV pilot, under an operational authorisation, during park closure and with permission from the Heathrow ATC tower. DO NOT attempt to fly a drone in this area unless in receipt of the correct permissions, authorisations and qualifications.

Yeah, it's the splashdown. Obviously eventually they'll excavate a lot more of the area to reinstate the lake
Can't get over how ace this ride is looking! The highest point at 236ft isn't even built, yet it already looks massive with that outer banked turn! Great video!
Great video, amazing footage. Can’t wait until it opens next year, it looks and sounds with all the specifications a ride never seen in this country. Well done Thorpe Park for authorising the design and installation and purchase of this ride.
This really puts into perspective how big this plot of land is compared to the rest of the park

It's definitely a large area isn't it! The amount of trees they had to remove though 😳 Hopefully they'll plant new ones as part of the landscaping 🤞🌲
