In this video we take a look at the Hyper Tough 12V tool line from Walmart. We will focus mainly on the 12V Ratchet today and some focus on the battery packs. I have a friend at work Patrick that asked if I had seen these and tried them myself. He has been saying for a while that he and his neighbor Joe have been enjoying using both the 12V HT Ratchet and the 3/8" Compact Impact since they bought them to help on a radiator and engine mount job. They really like the compact size and price of these. Both of these guys work with tools and work on their own cars and trucks so I knew it was something special about these tools for the price when he told me how surprised they were that the small Impact would even take off his F150 lug nuts torqued to 150 ft lbs. That's right, 150#. He also mentioned how well this ratchet has performed and its small size is very handy. I have been pleasantly surprised by the performance for the price so far as well.
