I’m a fast learner and I’m eager to learn about whatever I need know to be successful at my new job. Anyone have any advice or tips on what I can do at home to learn more about hydraulic hoses or anything hydraulic? I’m starting from scratch. 0 knowledge

IMO you're doing it. Just start watching videos on how to build hydraulic hoses, rebuild cylinders, etc.

F should be flow not force. Force and pressure mean the same thing. Can be confusing to some viewers
