I really think you need to do a video, or series, on how you get the finish quality that you do. I follow several machinist channels, and no one comes close to the finish quality you do. As a matter of fact, some of the people I follow have commented on your finish quality. I think you're putting in a lot more work than you're letting on, and I'd appreciate an understanding of what you're doing different to take your projects to the next level.

Since you already hooked up an VFD, you could have saved the two stage pump by implementing a variable speed hydraulic system, you just need a pressure transducer and hook it up to the analog input of the VFD. Then play around a bit with the parametars on the VFD. I have done this with the exact same VFD and it works really well. The nice thing is you can also actively decrease the speed, that could save you the flow divider you have built in.

Must be so nice to work in an uncluttered workshop. Or to have a dedicated workshop for that matter.

Thanks......no the 7 7/8 is how much square tubing is used in the bend but it will depend on what size die you use. This is 3/4 tubing but you will have to make a test bend in whatever material you are using and determine how much to subtract.
