If all the quality is equal to what is shown at 3:30 on this is scrap. He should’ve used the tailstock to canter the pipe before tightening the chuck in order to ensure the workpiece being centered. At 6:53 you can see there is no concentricity between the OD and ID.

Don't talk about quality to Pakistan and China , they just make things just to survive. If you ask them about Such warrenty they will ask you to handover Kashmir instead of that .
