You obviously have the talent. I've seen others make hydrangea flowers with a single tip- it would be interesting to see a comparison side-by-side of what those look like. I know yours will be better. I'd never have time for this, but it was fascinating to watch.

Похоже, это белково масляный крем. Он хорошо держит форму и можно замораживать. Листики у автора видео замороженные. Просто масляный крем будет расплывсться. Делается белково заварной крем и добавляется взбитое масло. Пропорции могут быть разными. Такой крем используется и для выравнивания торта, с ним легко работать.

Just ordinary Italian meringue buttercream...

after you mix the color with buttercream, did you put back in the fridge to make it cool or you just use it straight after mixing? thank you
