I have to say, to me, ALL of your work is so beautiful, whether you use refined or unrefined tips!! I wish I had half of the talent and knowledge that you do! Thank you so much for making such informative videos for us. Now, refining the tips! Apparently, no one else had any problems following you on that...I kind of did. I would find it really helpful if, at some point after refining, you could hold really still and show us the finished tip. Perhaps show the refined tip and a tip of the same number that is NOT refined? I had a real hard time even seeing any difference. Sorry, I am not trying to be rude or anything. Just thought maybe there were some having the same problems I was and perhaps could offer some suggestions. Thanks, again.

My piping tips get it, but my hands do not understand much of the time! Grrrr... it makes me so mad! I sincerely hope that one of these days, I will be piping and notice that I am making the most beautiful flowers (just like yours!). Please keep bringing us your learning videos.

She said that she used Swiss buttercream and basic buttercream. She did not use WHipping cream. To use WHipping cream, you stabilize it with cream cheese and icing sugar, however, you probably wouldn't be able to pipe delicate flowers. She does have a video all about cream cheese buttercream for piping...I'd say to check her site.

I believe it’s made with butter and cold sweetened milk instead of powdered sugar, the effect it’s very beautiful and the buttercream is very shiny and somehow transparent. Some people substitute condensed milk which needs to be cold. This is from on other channel but it’s very good. I hope this IS the recipe she calls buttercream glaze kzread.info/dash/bejne/eIls26OtdNbbeKw.html

Sorry. These tips work fantastic. You're the first decorator I've ever seen who has petals turn out the way they are in the video prior to "adjusting". And ateco has tips that are exactly like the tip you went through all the trouble making. I just don't get any of it.
