Lore wise it doesn't matter if her body is destroyed. As Queen of the Zerg she could easily be reincarnated in the same exact way that the Cerebrates used to be reincarnated by the Overmind. This is confirmed in the final mission of the Wings of Liberty campaign when you can only incapacitate Kerrigan as she's simply brought back to life until she's purified by the artifact.

It is quite interesting to think about. Within the game, the universe and lore, a lot of orginizations look down on just how dangerous, and powerful the Zerg really is. And many of the big famous generals and admirals have only seen the Zerg in small scales, and when brought to the fight towards example Char one of their home planets, their Tactics and regular ways of dealing with attacks doesn't work anymore. But people like Jim Raynor, which has seen the full scale of how they work, seen the best to worst, have a whole different way of dealing with them.

Remember that Raynor is one of the few people who have been dealing with the Zerg since first encounter, and one of the few who were stranded on Char and survived. Most of all, he's one of the few remaining who once worked with Kerrigan, so he knows exactly how the Zerg and Kerrigan play on homefield.

To me wings of liberty is the best one in the trilogy

There are more, but the bottle neck is being used for the sake of business. It doesn't only limit the potentials, but also creates hungry stomachs. Which leads to deaths, either them or other people. I don't like greed, but only if the one true God says it is... because you'll never go hungry, but instead will always be remembering the eternals debts and the responsibility to return it back to others, the good way.
