WOW. Firstly, I must compliment you on that *gorgeous* pot. I’d love to have a beauty like that in my kitchen. I’ve searched KZread for a vegetable biriyani recipe and I’ve been disappointed with the lack of authentic recipes. I was about to give up in my search but then I came across you. I don’t speak your language (my apologies for my ignorance) but the video and the subtitles are easy to follow along with. I’m going to cook this delicious food for my family at the weekend. आपने जैसे बताया वैसे मैंने बिर्याणी बनायी, बहूत टेस्टी बनी थी मैंने इसमें घी थोडा जादा लिया था. आप रेसिपी करते समय जो टिप्स बताते है वो बहूत अच्छे है.

This is easy and awesomely delicious recipe. My friend thought me in the same way. Cream was not there in his recipe but this little ingredient changed the flavour in good way. Thats the beauty of master chef. Thanks master chef. you can sprinkle one more thing which is home made garam masala on the top of a rice layer which will enhance the taste for sure.

Seriously Awesome.... Made it... First time thoda niche se jal gaya... Second time 80% rice boil karte samay hi cook kiya... Or 5 min dum diya... Kya taste aya tha😋😋... Ekdum sahi... Thank you chef... You're my favourite ☺️
