@@rob83r Vargas Bros have proven beyond all doubt that rotaries get a bad rep because they're horribly unbalanced from the Mazda factory, and if they're built right they're super durable.

Rx8 was at eleventy thousand revs. The sound of all the revs hit a certain frequency that made my brain slow down time.

This build is super interesting. Here in the UK the rx7 is stupidly expensive but there's 1000s of rxx8s which are less than 2000 dollars to buy. There just is so little support in the UK for rotary builds

I’ve dreamt of a similar sort of custom Renesis engine before, but with a semi peripheral intake, the 7’s peripheral exhaust ports, in addition to all the Renesis’ side intake and exhaust ports and natural aspiration. Dunno how that dream engine of mine would perform, but I’m excited to see what this engine will do with a turbo. Should be good! :D

If one would have a sick rotary to go with it you will start a trend amd see many others following with other builds. Literally my dream engine setup. I remember asking Mike on Insta about this idea a couple years ago. Super sick. Love the old Mazdatrix Reni/SE setup. I think one NA that's SP would make an amazing daily engine for a first gen #FBMasterRace.

Because of you I really want a rx8 but no one in ny can really build a good engine

With this setup this might just become the baddest rx-8 out there.

Its always more fun to build something everyone else thinks sucks, one reason why I stuck with my 5.7 charger

The owner of mazdatrixs owner seems like a genuinely great old guy to be around 🤙🏽

Love RX8 content, excited to see how hybrid build will turn out. We built series 1 engine with friends without any prior experience using Mazda manual, internet wisdom and new original parts. Made 190 hp on the dyno.

@@angelmotorsports Do in a dept engine video. What apex seals you used what rotors? Did you balance it? What did you reuse from the reni? Thanks and keep the rx8 content flow. Own one series 1 from 2007 and still going strong with an amazing compression.
