This video shows about hybrid seed production of cucumber variety Madhu. 1st we grow male and female line in different plastic house. Removal of male flower from female line. Selection of male flower from male line. Remove calyx and corolla from female flower of female line and crossed it with male flower of male line. After that we can produce cucumber fruit which contain hybrid seed. Madhu is Nepali hybrid variety.
