You claimed that $80 is less than $280. I got the calculator out, turn out you’re correct. You my friend are a genius!

"The 'I' in 350i stands for electric." Thanks for making it make sense.

Great video! Love the editing and humor! Im a genx'er 😅 with a t540ixp and have been thinking about getting one of these for light limbing work. Thanks for making the video!

Good job on your video! Kinda hard on the “Boomers”, like me, though. Mine just arrived and I’m going to test it tomorrow. Been using a Greenworks 40v for years, which has done great for me, but this Husky should be a step up. I’m with you on the gas stinkin’ up everything. Loved the Heman toons! My son and I would watch that and G.I. Joe together back in the 80’s.

Seems like it’s good for smaller projects or trims around the house. Not real tree work or firewood.

Not a lot of videos of the little brother Power Axe 225i. Other than it being a 14" bar, it seems to have the same design body, 40v battery system and features.. Any idea if there are any other differences?

I didn't know about the 225i... and it seems like they recently released a bunch of new chainsaws.... I see it comes with a new model 4 ampHour Battery (40-B140) that uses the same charger that comes with the 350i.... I think the (BLi30) battery that comes with the 350i is over 7ampHour... so I would look at desired run time, value of this new battery on it's own, and battery compatibility with other products.... Husqvarna is not good at updating information when new products come out... so I'm usually downloading user manuals for everything I can and checking reviews on Amazon or Lowes.

Is this video what happens when creatives get power tools? I have two battery Huskies and agree with you that they cost twice as much. Like you, I grab the battery saws first every time.

I bought the same chainsaw. Mine no longer works after 20min worth of use. Battery is good. Just nothing happens when a pull the trigger now. Guess I need to send it somewhere for fixing and get a DeWalt for a backup.

Was it bought thru Lowes? There has to be some kind of defective product refund or exchange warranty coverage that would apply.

My electric chainsaw is much easier for limbing and brushing than any of my three gas saws. I save the gas saws for cutting up tree trunks.

Its garbage, now imagine if you go to some wood !?where will you recharge battery or you need to buy 20 batteries for serious work in wood

It’s not good for harvesting firewood or clearing land, but the casual chainsawist can use it for general maintenance.

@@DotDotMatrix its not good for everything if you will use it more then occasionally ., if electric chainsaws are good pro tree cutters will use them in wood not gas/petrol ones

@@DotDotMatrix Whooooah there easy fellas. They are not good for doing one big haul of firewood in a day to last you the year to be sure. But I take my 8Ah GW 60V out until the battery is dead, then split it by hand while charging, then resume and I get enough done every Sunday afternoon to last me all week during the winter. It burns 24-7 for 5-7 months a year.

We hired a tree crew to remove a tree leaning over the house. The climber used an electric saw while up in the tree and for limbing and his gas saw for cutting the trunk. Now I do the same.
