I'm getting a cutting system major imbalance message on 450X . What does this mean please ?

En el 430X que tengo, me pone elevación de corte bloqueado. No tengo nada que interrumpa el giro. Qué puede ser y cómo se puede solucionar. Tampoco me funciona la aplicación móvil, dejó de funcionar hace 1 año aproximadamente, sin motivo aparente.

Any tips for what you do if you've followed these steps and there is no obvious blockage? My shield /disk are not rotating freely but there is no obvious blockage, even after disassembly and cleaning with compressed air.

Take the mower to a dealer and have them test the cutting system with the Autocheck program. They will be able to see the current draw on the cutting motor and will be able to tell if the motor is bad

Thank you for this excellent KZread channel! I loved this video! I got the "Cutting system blocked" message on Sept 26th, but the cutting system rotates freely. Since then the error message is simply "STOPPED - Manual action required___ The robotic mower is STOPPED in the garden. Press START button on the robotic mower to restart mowing. For more information read the Operator's Manual." No matter what I do, I can't seem to get the mower to do anything. Battery at 98% Even though it's docked on the charger, I can't get it up to 100%. I got the thing in June of 2018. Do I simply need a new battery? It is a model 310. Thanks, Matt Fabian, Mason City.

Thanks for the great feedback. Sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your 310, but I think you're in the right place for some help to fix it. If it is a battery issue than it would likely go dead shortly after you remove it from the charging station. It is odd that it does not reach 100% while it's on the charger. Are you checking this via the app, or on the mower itself? When you say you can't get the mower to do anything, have you tried taking it out of the charging station and starting it in the lawn. Make sure ECO mode is off if you use that feature and try starting it out in the lawn. If it's saying "STOPPED" and refuses to start out in the lawn without giving an error on the mower when you open the keypad hatch, and instead it just says "Close hatch to start" it is probably an issue with the micro switch for the STOP button. I have a 430x and if the cutting sys wish blocked I don't get any notification on my phone. Mower could be out for ages not mowing. Why does this happen

Your Automower Connect board in your mower probably needs upgraded from the 3G board to the new 4G board
