As someone that works in the veterinary field, I wish I everyone took care of their pets as well as you do Jamie. I know not everyone can take their furry friends on holiday, but seeing Sherpa as happy and healthy as he is just warms my heart.

You are right!! If dog owners took care of their furry friends like Jamie does the world would be a better place . I can’t even see imagine the grief he will feel when his beloved Sherpa passes away.

@@gregwhalan9606 Greg, that will be a huge overwhelming grief for all of us as well. Sherpa and Jamie are a part of our families, their importance is that great. I hope Sherpa remains healthy for a good while. Thank you Jamie, for bringing him to us. We love you both.(My dogs are reading this over my shoulder ...... I need chicken balls to distract them!)

@@gregwhalan9606 We I'll be grieving however Jamie will have many shoulders to lean on for support. In the meantime let's continue to look at all these wonderful adventures. I'm not sure there's another dog on the planet that has been with their dad 24/7 for their entire life and been to so many wonderful places. In America we're not allowed to bring our pets into the stores, only if it's a pet store. sometimes you can get away with it in a big home improvement store but not usually. Blessings to you and Sherpa.❤

I have spent most of my adult life traveling the world in the military. when in the states, i could often take the dog that was living with me at the time. something i hope you can understand is that exploration of the world is best done first hand, in person, although that need not be the first person to explore that place. a good start to world exploration is to read everything written by the early explorers, such as Amundsen, Livingston, Peary, Stefanssan, Shackleton, as well as old copies of National Geographic. (the new stuff is worthless) and the old stuff you can get on CD rom inexpensively. then when you explore the world on any location, you will be viewing it with eyes that see much more than those that come, see, and forget. i wish you the best in exploration to come.

Such a beautiful relationship ❤️ This is what a friendship should be like for everyone and their fur babies.

You're such a great Husky dad Jamie, Sherpa loves beaches so much. He goes into excited puppy mode and it's fantastic to watch. Hope all goes well with his procedure and maybe his diet can be put on hold after for some well deserved spoiling 😉 x

Sherpa seems at his happiest on the beach . Flippin adorable 😍🤣

Sherpa had so much fun at the beach. Him chasing his tail, digging in the sand, running and finding his treaties, all in a day when dad takes to your favorite place. He turns into a puppy, he's so excited to be there. The setting sun was beautiful.

Another beach with no people…? Jamie, don’t you realize how much Sherpa enjoys the “social life;” and, his responsibility, as a Lord, to meet and greet the people. Sherpa certainly enjoyed the fish, but I think Sherpa was thinking that his “tea” was missing chicken balls! Confused Sherpa so much he didn’t know which direction to chase his tail during his evening walk.😂😂

At the beginning sherpa was like dad can we get some lamb chops

He looks like he lives in a forever puppychildhood. He enjoys biting his own tail as well as digging in the sand. A lovely sleeping child puppy dog.

Wow oh wow what a beautiful place to spend your weekend with darling Sherpa. The sand and the sea smell really energised him. Perhaps when he was digging he was trying to find hidden treasure. @@represintctc Sherpa had a lump on his eye, and it’s growing bigger. They had to surgically remove it, and the test of the lump also came back benign, so everything’s fine right now 💕😍

Sherpa is such a handsome, majestic lovable creature, only God could create ☺

The look on his face when it is dinner time is priceless the looks he give are so funny you can read his mind

That was a wonderful getaway for Sherpa and you, Jamie! That must have been a fun place to grow up with the beach right there. Prayers and Best Wishes go to Sherpa for his surgery and for you. The waiting is the worst! All of your fans will be anxiously waiting for an update! Hugs to you both 🤗🐕‍🦺💙

Ah Jamie, thank you so much for taking us along on Sherpa’s holiday to your old stomping grounds! It was great to hear you reminisce about times past. The beach is perfect for Sherpie to run along, dig, and chase his tail! I could tell he had a fabulous time! And, it was great to actually see your face for a few seconds! ☺️ The last scene of Sherpa sound asleep in the back really tugged at my heart. He’s the cutest! ♥️

At around 4:18 or so, Sherpie was 'saying' over and over "I Love You" which IS Exactly what he FEELS. Lovely. Superb, Sherp, just Perfect. Love from Washington State USA

Really enjoyed that. Especially Sherpa relaxing in front of the bathroom doors and then chasing his tail on the beach and a nanosecond of pointed ears passing behind the smart sofa Hoping he is relaxed for his small op and it is all over quickly and his eyelid isn't too badly affected.

Your juicing and fish were making me hungry. Sherpa's little nose was enjoying all the new scents. Sherpa: you enjoy the sunset. I'll dig a hole to build a sand castle.

The beach was beautiful and I love when Sharpa just standing there and looking around at every thing. Sharpa is such a good boy on the leash and off. He stays there with you! Lots of prays for him with his surgery.

Lord Sherpa knows how to enjoy each day. Watching the sun go down, the sand blowing across & the fireworks were lovely, but nothing can beat seeing Sherpa digging, running & chasing his own tail....delightful!!! Thank you for sharing....oh, and I like where you & Sherpa live more than this place as it was very quiet.

Breane is beautiful, Jamie! Love that 6-mile beach, the caves, goats, pilings, rocks, driftwood and drifting sand. Just amazing! The rental's pretty awesome, too. Thanks so much for sharing that with us. Sherpa knows that sand digging is so many things at once: a way to sniff what's beneath the surface, maybe find an interesting prize, survival cooling technique (even if it's just your front toe beans and you already have the sea breeze blowing in your face and fur), exercise for all the muscles in your chest, shoulders, arms, hands and fingers (humans & animals), proprioreceptor pressure therapy (deep nerve bits that let you know where your body parts are), and tangible connection with the subterranean electromagnetic frequencies (vibes/energies) and fluid pulses of the Earth herself. Well done, Sherpa! ^5

Such a sweet and fun boy, I love huskies snd malamutes. Personality is just so amazing and fun.

I have 3 dogs, one puppy and 2 senior old men. The puppy is deaf, one of the seniors is blind, the other senior has arthritis and ptsd so its a very active household. I love seeing other people talk normally to their dogs all the time, not just for camera lol I met Sherpa through Key, but I came here because...well, it's *Sherpa* I love his personality so much, he's definitely so close with Jamie. That bond is never ending!

Blended fruit is a very common breakfast drink in the states. Well and sometimes lunch or dinner, LOL. My brother drinks a veggie smoothie fresh from his garden. Not my cup of tea, so to speak. 😂

Just to echo what so many have said so many times, it’s such a joy watching you both on your holidays, adventures, or even just at home 😁

Know how you're feeling. Our boy just had his bandage removed from his leg today (we found him lying in a pool of blood on his sofa a couple of weeks ago. No idea what happened. No blood elsewhere). He had to have an emergency operation (out of hours, of course) and has had three bandage changes since. I literally just got back home from his latest visit to the vet. I hope all will go swimmingly for you both ❤️ I'm sure it will, he's a tough old bird. You'll be more of a wreck than him, and I'm sure I won't be the only one to remind you that all will be well, and that you're both getting a ton of good vibes. I used to go on holiday in and around that area! I'm from the opposite side of the Channel to Ilfracombe (could see it on a good, clear day. Though that would mean it would rain within 24 hours. If we couldn't see it, it was already raining. Boom boom! 🦊). Nearly every holiday was spent in the West Country. Ah - many happy memories! Ju++😊😊🇸🇪😊🇳🇴😩🇸🇪

It's a lovely beach but thank you for detailing that is more of an estuary which goes to explain why Sherpa did not go up to the water. Lovely vacation place. Sherpa must feel like the Lord of the beach now 😁 Those black "steppingstones" are probably tar. It's quite normal to wash up on a beach. I hope Sherpa and you are alright, hope the surgery went okay. Candles being lit every evening for Sherpa 🕯🙏🏻 Stay safe both of you and lots of love 🥰🥰🥰🥰
