He did get what he deserved, except it seemed a bit absurd how he got it. No competent judge would deem that sufficient evidence. If this really happened, he easily could win an appeal, even sue the judge for malpractice.

I feel that Josh got what he deserved. Not only did he allow his wife to take the fall for his mistakes and serve a 10 year prison sentence, but then he remarries to a gold digger, lies to his daughter and prevents her real mother from seeing her. Then to top it all off, he wants to exchange their own daughter for the business. The man was horribly despicable. Great video and a great lesson that some things that you really care about are worth fighting for. 👍

Truthfully, what I see happening, the husband successfully appeals the sentence by obtaining forensic evidence proving his wife disguised herself for the video and also takes the judge down on malpractice - convicting him over video evidence, then exposing her taking bribes from the wife. With that, he even throws off the fraud investigation, for now. But then it comes around, somehow. Again, wasn't this based on a true story? What actually happened?

Anything can happen we have to watch all things that feels right in your life and pray
