How do the writers expect the audience to believe that ML didn't love his bch? Throughout the drama, whatever he's doing or where he looked etc, all brought back memories of his 1st love, and when he explained to the FL how deeply he loved his bch, how heartbroken and devastated he was to the point of ending his life, it shows that he will not love another woman. As soon as his bch came back, he started to treat his now GF like sht, ditching her, insulting her etc. He spent all his time with his bch, hired her to work with him, going on dates, cooking for her etc. Most of all he believed whatever the bch told him, he gave up his mother, his GF, his business because of his bch. Then he found out all the schemes and plots the bch did and he forgives her? In front of the woman he claims to love, he told his bch that she will be an integral part of his life and he will never leave her. Then the drama got weird. The FL left. The writers forgot the bch existed in the last episode. The drama skipped to 2 years later, no one knows what happened to the bch. ML finally decided to go find the FL and in 5 mins the drama ended with the ML and FL back together?? How convoluted is that? Why do the writers hate women like the FL and love bches? The reason this drama has low ratings is the writers took a fun, spunky, free spirited FL and turn her into the proverbial doormat martyr, who sacrifice who she really is. One of the worst endings as in common sense.

Isn't it ironic that the name of the drama is "The Brightest if Us" and no one is? Oh, the FL leaves his lying, cheating a$$, but TBH when he sees her years later, she should have picked herself up, dusted herself off, and found a new man who was better than that trash heap she left. He didn't learn a damn thing other than he's a brainless, spineless 2-legged amoeba but no personal growth. I have xhia pets that show more growth than him. If a man wants a doormat, there are cheaper ones at Walmart and Ikea. Women shouldn't sell themselves short to keep something like this dud.

One of the dramas when I wished the ML didn't get the FL at the end & what a crappy ending wtf are these writers smoking!! Women made into doormats & the ML's a selfish idiot, seriously! Thought we'd reverted back to the Victorian era

O čem to proboha bylo????? Jediná pozitivní část, je herec Peter Scheng, i druhý mužský je super, jinak je to o blábolech a vnucování

Absolutely rubbish story.Main lead was better with Sandra Ma,in OH MY GENERAL,plus with Dilraba in a drama but this is the pits no substance of a story line.
