Compare the exhaust sound notes. One sounds really good and the other one sounds like crap. Guess which one sounds good.

This^ All of these turbo 4/6 cylinder engines make great power, and electric cars have incredible 0-60 and acceleration potential in general, but none of them offer the pure and simple sensory experience of driving a good old gas guzzling V8.

I ll take the old hemi without the e torque crap

I have the e torque .. it’s not what you say .Works awesome . My 1/2 ton tows as good as a 20 year old 3500 Cummins diesel. That I traded in

My Hemi is going on five years. It’s been excellent. I may trade in on a new Hemi while they’re still available.

So you have to put twin turbos on a 6 cylinder for it to be able to handle what this truck was designed to do (not that all ppl work in these trucks or hauling horses all the time) WHERE AS the hemi is just fine as it is as a V8. Wait till you have to maintenance both turbos. I dont know any truck today that needs MORE POWER?!?!

Dropped from 12,750 towing to 10,800...not even close to what it used to

One has a massive amount of lifter failures and the other one we are about to find out what components are junk.

It’s amazing that people are impressed by what a turbo does. Give me old reliable any day over that Stelantis crap. I use my truck, LIKE A TRUCK, not like a race car. Heck, just put a turbo on the hemi and you’ll absolutely destroy a hurricane with half the boost.

Reminds me of what chevy did with their facelift in 2022 where they made the lights smaller and raised the line up higher

For a few thousand miles. Smaller displacement won’t last pushing them this hard. And turbos never do last

⁠@@bradturner3361maybe back in the day tech has gotten a lot better and turbos have been used on semis for so long and it’s never been that big of a problem also semis have inline 6 engines to pushing even more power then this also inline engines aren’t bad at all they have always put v8 s to shame all engines are good you just ain’t open minded or willing to understand that like all v8 owners Lao using the same bs they always put out why get a that when you coulda got a v8 why get they wine. You can get the v twelve why get that when you can a get a w sixteen people will never be happy

In my opinion the Hemi isn’t really anything special, just a V-8. It’s not like it’s this grand thing.

The headlights are pretty much the thing I worry about. 2012 headlights don't look bad, I just always have to have the fog lights on because visibility just with the headlights is not enough.

New wheels look horrible, and I'll take the HEMI!

It replaced a v8 that’s enough to hate anything! Make it an option not a replacement. The majority will tire of small displacement and EV being shoved down our throats when there is not reason. They will sit manufactures losing money then they will go back to what we want! Consumers have the power

Hurricane, Rebel, TRX, hemi…it doesn’t matter what cool name you trademark, you’ll spend more on maintenance of that polished turd more than most other vehicles. They spend all their money on marketing and focus groups and shortchange the actual engineers that design them, smh. An American icon brand pissed down the drain.

The Hemi has an oil dipstick the hurricane don’t. One the major problems with BMW is spun bearing since getting rid of their dipsticks.

That's BS. You showing headlights of Bighorn. Everything above that trim have different LED headlights. Another video about nothing

And one only has 6 cylinders. The only thing that makes the cane wild is the turbos.. and i say big deal ! Take those away and u get what? A truck?... the cane will never fill the hemi shoes. NEVER !!!!

the way they made the new one look so much worse than the 5.7 2019-2022 is hilarious (i hate dodge but i though the last gen 5.7 was the best looking as in the 2020 ram 1500) they ruined the ram , as they do with everything but the 2020 ram looks great to me even as a dodge hater

I'll buy a Ford next time.

The new one is so much worse. It has a giant pig nose grille, a most certainly worse engine, and will not last nearly as long as the hemi.

@@cesarcoronel9135 well everything has trade offs. Also are you sure? The coyote v8 is by all means the exact same engine as an Audi r8 v10. But with 2 less cylinders. A engine designed to only do 100k miles. My dads died at 60k in his f 150
