This seems more like a severe thunderstorm ⛈️ than a hurricane. As far north as Moscow is and as from from water, I would be surprised to learn this was a hurricane 🌀 like in the Caribbean.

Hey Putin, as usual you can blame Ukraine for this. We contained the hurricane and there was no damage or any injuries. Amazing how that works for the Russkies.
