Why in the world do these weather announcers put themselves in so much danger by going outside in a cat 4 hurricane let alone standing on the beach where the waves could suck them out! Unbelievable!

The waves cannot suck them out.. Be realistic. if you had said push them thats a different story but to suck, that would be impossible since the water at that point is ankle height.

I pray for them. As I have lived thru many terrifying hurricanes. My last one was Irma. I lived in big pine key where the eye hit.
