Mr. Prime Minister rebuilding stronger. Concrete roofing is the way to go. Take examples from our neighboring Islands and their experiences. Been through Irma in 2017, was a terrible and frightening experience. That's the way to go Mr. PM. Concrete all the way, no more Plywood or wooden structures, those are FEED for those Monster's. Underground electricity another option. It's just heartbreaking to watch. Things will get better, just keep the faith and give thanks for life.

Dear Prime Minister: A simple message of solidarity and encouragement from Anguilla. In 1950s until 1960 Anguilla was hit with Hurricanes Dog, Janet and Donna. Donna destroyed 90% of the houses and killed 16 on Anguilla. Anguillians vowed after Donna to NEVER rebuild with anything other than concrete. 1n 1995, 97 and 2017 we had Hurricanes Luis, Lenny and Cat 5 Irma. AXA weathered these aweful storms by God's grace and with less than 15% of its homes loosing roofs. We can share these experiences with your people our brothers and sisters as you pick up the pieces. God's grace and love.

Homes and roofs here are designed by local architects, must be approved by a planning commission and must be built by a lincensed contractor. Its best that a team contact directly the authorities here for technology transfer.

Anguilla's govt today has released a statement of support to the affected peoples of Grenada and St Vincent: the govt has decided to give EC$250,000.00 to each of the 2 nations impacted severely. There is also a ship being loaded w relief supplies set to depart here soon for the severely impacted countries.

Will the billionaires who have hidden their fortunes in this tax haven that is St. Vincent and the Grenadines, put their hands in their pockets to help these brave and poor people?? I have big doubts...

What a disastrous hurricane

Hurricane Luis did the same to Barbuda. Please liase with Antigua government on how they recovered and gave people hope after 99% of Barbuda received damage to properties.
