I think this is better for the summer when there’s only rain because you can see the intensity better. But please keep the 10-day rainfall map, that is very interesting to see.

I would like to see this precipitation map more; I enjoy being able to tell the intensity more clearly. Also, can't wait for the rain that Beryl brings for us here in Central Illinois! I'll be on the look out for that. May the Lord bless you 🙏🏽

The most important weather feature right now is the strong sub-tropical high in the Atlantic. This feature steered Hurricane Beryl around it and it’s also causing high heat and humidity especially in the NE U.S.

I live just a couple miles south of Spartanburg, South Carolina. We have had some fairly nice weather here but I don’t love that we will see a lot of rain this week.

It was 'seeded' by the geomagnetic storm that hit Earth a day or so prior to Beryl pumping up initially. Storms have an electric component and the boost from the solar ejecta was like nitrous for a race car.

First, the Carolinas are beautiful! You can have all our excessive rain. It's been constantly raining and storming in Wisconsin/Iowa Minnesota/Michigan for months. It's been the crappiest spring and summer I can ever remember. On track for the wettest year in 132 years of record keeping for the region. Flooded farm fields everywhere.

I'm in NE GA northeast of Athens about 30 mins and its extremely dry here too. We've had rain all around us but it skips us. No rain here to amount to anything in two months probably.
