How long before the residents block the drains again with garbage? After they have blocked them, will they quarrel that the government won't clean the drains? Is it possible for the residents to change the way they dispose of garbage? The cycle continues.

Well it's about time. I hope they do a good job and clear all the blockages so there won't be anymore flooding at Cotton Tree.

This no make any sense, look how long they should have been working on this problem, it seems like they need months to get thses drain going, the day before hurricane they trying to clean this mess from years,i went to st thomas technical in 1990 ,and portmorant flooding out from then until now a crying shame.

From i was a child i went to st Thomas technical high 99 living around Curtis bottom close mr Patterson there i just see a good teacher at that high school it's a shame the pass mayor and counselor have business place in the square gas station and now shopping plaza smh

😂😅😅😅 when did the hurricane season start ? And it is the day before the hurricane they are doing drain cleaning , i think its a total DISGRACE, a month ago i asked you about the drain ghat Unruly Boss was cleaning and it caused some argument , i can say it again, these people are going BACKWARDS, too PREVIOUS

So is now that they it fit to clean drains????!! Everyday you bloggers show the need. Sloppy Jamaica

It look like a me and muggle alone have sense,if the river dont clean from down a mangrove come up,flooding will never stop.
