This is super helpful for me as I live on the second floor of an apartment and can’t jump 24/7 so doing things like calf raises has helped me improve

I have cheer tryouts tomorrow and we have to do hurdle jump so ty
my main issue is getting my back leg up its like literally straight down with my other half up idk how to get it up
Can you please do a video on how to practice getting your pike
