They are Vakhani people (Pameries )in Tajikistan and Afghanistan. So they are ironic people. Noting to do with Uzbeks (Mongolia/Turkish) culture.

Amazing palce and most amazing peoples lives in there. In 2019 , visited Hunza with family and fell in love with Hunza and its super friendly peoples. I am from Punjab but have never seen such clean hearted and honest humans. Wish to go back again there again. Due to Covid 19 could not make it in 2020. Next year, Hunza please welcome me and my family again...Salaam from depth of my heart.

I went to Karimabad in 2017, and I had one of the most wonderful time of my life there. People were so well mannered, educated and kind.
