HUNTSMEN - IN TIME, ALL THINGS (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

Музыка

ORDER HERE: lnk.to/Huntsmen
The Dry Land traverses the liminal space between the living and the dead by lifting the veil of the abyss itself. Born of suffering and hardship, the Chicago post-doom/Americana outfit unifies the dark and light that resides in all of us through allegories of purgatorial strife and human spirit. The songs are meticulously constructed, building from its acoustic roots, layering distortion and textures to reach mighty crescendos.
Directed by: Ryan Luciani (GoodFriend Video)
Starring: Sam Porter
Recorded & Mixed by: Pete Grossmann
Audio Mastered by: Brad Boatright (Audiosiege)
LYRICS:
The blood rain on the mountainside
The slow turning of the rising tide
The fire of the sun that wilts and heals
The skull that’s crushed beneath the wheel
In time, all things
The creeping growth of ancient woods
The inching death of all that’s good
The force of the hand that yearns and takes
The blue-black mirror of the moonlit lake
In time, all things
In time, all things
The wind that guides the arrow to its mark
The loneliness that reaches in the dark
The truth when found gives only pain
The leaves are waiting for the rain
The blood rain
on the mountainside,
The blue-black
moonlit lake,
The skull that
whispers softly
In time,
all things
The dry land,
The unflinching stars,
The low stone wall
In time, all things
The sand bleeds
Into oceans
The stars shaken free
The blue-black mirror of the moonlit lake

Just bought it. Listened to it in its entirety yesterday while grabbing bits 'n bobs for my birthday... And had to keep re-winding to make sure I had heard that riff right. Turns out, yep. Incredible.

What a great new record! After Covid spoiled the release of the previous, let this one please be a big success for Huntsmen, they deserve it, this record deserves it🤘

They're so fuckin' good. I try and listen to a couple hundred new releases a year, and when it's a year Huntsmen release a record, it's a pretty good bet that it'll be my favourite of the year. Hooked since 'American Scrap'.

Perfect clip to suit the music, that kind of life/death limbo feel with a slight 'Momento' plot just hits sooo good - awesome musician performance as usual ❤

Mandala of Fear was my main album to run to when it came out, this feels like it came full circle with this video. Except I haven't been hit by a car yet.

Was this band sent through a time portal from darker times (but better musicians) to warn us about something sinister? Yes I believe so

I dig it. I'm an amputee so good job on the record label caught my attention first. The music has it'z own thing. I'm a new creator. Do ya have any pointers?
