Not sure if you still have that 1963 Benjamin Half but the reverse is that of a proof. You can tell by checking the wings of the eagle on the reverse. If the feathers are detailed top to bottom you have a proof reverse.

That coin you found almost worn slick, is called a worry coin. Someone carried it in their pocket and rubbed on it for many many years. I have found 90% silver halves before worn smooth like that

Rob great box and the really worked half is probably a pocket piece that was in somebody's pocket for years. HOT BOX . Great video. I picked up 28 boxes this week and will be doing a ender search video today and hope to see you soon in the community.

Zack Jones 90% silver did. 40% was from 1965-1970 for half dollars.

In this day and age do you think it's still worth it to get box is a half dollars looking for silver? I'd like to get more but I keep hearing people are striking out

If you have the patience and the resources, it is worth it to me. I get 7-8 out of 10 boxes are skunks but the ones that do have silver can sometimes have a lot.
