Hunting for Comics at TWO Flea Markets and a Comic Shop… at a Special Winter Event!

Join me and my son as we travel to a small town Winter Festival to hunt for comic books! The town is bustling with special events from ice carving, winter sports, outdoor barbecues, and huge sales at the local shops including a local comic store and TWO antique malls FULL of comic books! Check out this video to experience the festival with us and see what awesome comic books we discovered!

Nice pick ups especially the $15.00 dollars 50 comics mystery box which are nice, but the highlight of this video to me are the DC vinyl records you and your wife can listen to together which is cool, it's nice that she surprised you with her own DC Wonder Woman vinyl record with you. Too bad no X-Man Iceman ice sculpture. Nice review.

Whoa, at 2:50 I spotted the original Airfix model plane kits in the clear bags with header - so many happy memories from my childhood building those kits and painting them in completely inaccurate colours using gloss house paints. The first series of What If has some great stories too (and a few duds I should point out). Felix The Cat is a fellow Australian, originating from the studio of Aussie cartoonist and animator Pat Sullivan in 1919. His meeow has a distinctly Australian twang, or so I like to think. The DC album seems to be a rarity, never seen that one before.

I hate asking the employees at antique malls for help with the display cases if there's tacks of comics in them. The last time the lady I bothered couldn't just let me flip through them quickly, she had to hand me a small stack at a time. I flipped through them quickly handed them back and had to wait for more as she fumbled around with them. I felt so rushed and part of the enjoyment is finding that 1 book you need. I just wanted to be done I guess that's why I don;'t ask for help in these cases. Prices can be to high for what is there anyway. Nice pick-ups you got, love the record!👍
