Hunting for Artifacts at Lake Mead
Riding around the once submerged land surrounding Lake Mead can be pretty amusing, during this adventure we stumble upon more than a few cool artifacts.
I filmed the 'Three kids Mine" that we visited at the end of this video in the link below.

Is anyone else as amazed as me? He is riding his bike over territory that used to be a couple hundred feet underwater. How cool

@@Helix.. 40 years it'll be full again. You have wet spells and dry spells, it's natural. We're coming into the cold and dry spell that happens around every thousand years, it'll be bad for a while and it'll go back to normal. Cow farts and car emissions have so little impact on anything that in the last 120 years the temperature has raised a fraction of a degree at most, it's negligible. If global warming is real with the oceans rising, then why do politicians buy oceanfront property? Why does Al Gore still have an oceanfront mansion? Why do banks still loan on oceanfront property if the homes will be underwater? Banks exist to make money, not lose it. None of it makes sense.
At 3:40 i think those metal boxes are anchor foundations for floating docks. Looks like lines would be attached to the top and they are sunk into the ground.
I think...., I want of them' E-bikes... excellent !
That is some bike!
My memory of race fuel wasn't for jet skis, it was for stock cars at the Bullring, but every Sunday when I was at my dad's house we'd come out here. We'd get Sonic from i don't remember if it was Henderson or Boulder City, but we'd come out in his Impala convertible. Buy popcorn from one of the shops and then feed the carp in the lake and see who was out and around. I've been moved away from Vegas for a little more than 10 years now, but your exploration videos always instill such nostalgia. Thank you for making them!
I'm loving that bike I can't believe how it just flys trough the ruts and goes up some steep hills like nothing awesome videos your putting out thank you

Why i explore abandoned buildings and prefer the hospitals and asylums. So much happened in those walls, so many stories now silent. Thousands of feet would tread the grounds daily and now im the first in years
At the spot where you thought you seen the petroglyph, just above to the left was a rock that looked like it had a face carved into it almost like it was the head off a statue

Old barrel of concrete? Lake Mead? Are we assuming there's a dead body in that concrete?
Very cool, liked the bike ride, much more inclusive. You're just having to much fun.
Ahhh that race fuel 🥰

Love your roaming adventures...Big Thumbs Up.
The drone part was great!
Very cool video cheers buddy .last time I visited lake mead was in the 90s so sad to see the water level that low that's hope it gets better .🇬🇧🇬🇧
I love the dirt road part. The dirt makes it so fun to be fun.

Dude, my mom walked in while I was watching this. She SWORE up and down I was watching a video game! LOL Nice Camera!
Great video and I'm a super impressed with that e-bike that thing went a few miles with no problem
Climb to the top of the pyramid. It looks like an ancient pyramid like the ones in the Grand Canyon. Melted ruins.
Hi there, RT. Great Drone footage and curious about the round circles! At 5:12, could you see if the Barrel was sealed on both ends? Might inform the Police about it to check for Human Remains in it!

The cement looked like an irrigation canal.
I'm willing to bet there's a body in that barrel you passed by,you should have got the location and checked it out.Any barrel you see in that lake more than likely is. That was a signature move for the mafia

That drone action was really cool ! Now i really wanna buy one !
Hit man known to put bodies in those type barrels. Vegas built water pumps three till the last is at the lowest point in lake. They'll get last water if dam fails.
Watching from British Columbia
Hey that might be Hoffa inside that old Barrel!😂
what are those circle things ? great drone cruze
This makes me want to explore the drained lake near me.
That's insane
Moving to Vegas next month. We should hang out dude. I’m all about exploring and flying FPV too. I’m glad they did some cleanup at Three Kids. When I was out there last July it was just a dumping ground and there was a couple looking doped up in a minivan. Didn’t even bother to pull out my flight bag.
5 bucks says there is another body in that barrel 😮
That very interesting thing looked like a old aqua duct edit also that old bury barrel could very well have human remains in it
Someone probably dug the barrel up looking for more bodies. Love your bike. I need one of those.

If you were around Vegas Wash launch ramp, those channels were for the power out to the docks. Next time haul out the garbage you find, don't just throw it back.

Addendum, I spent from the 60s into just after the fee gates. Gripentrog Marina was my home launch ramp. Also known as Las Vegas Bay Marina that is now stationed at Hemenway. Spent a lot of the 70s at the ski races at Special Events Beach, lot of the 80s either at Roadrunner Cove or up around the corner in Bonelli Bay just after the Narrows. And we packed out more garbage than we originally hauled in on the boat.

I live in the South Florida Evergades area. I find this fascinating. Our water table is rising and our storms are worse each year. I know nothing about your area, so i am intrigued. Why not ride a dirt bike? The drone is very cool.
A body inside that drum
Dibs on the bomber at the bottom of the lake
I’d like to go metal detecting out there
Did he just say he doesn’t like to take his truck out in terrain because it tears it up ?😂
your mom sounds awesome
(say the following in a spooky way) There could be a...buh buh body in that barrel.
Hi new viewer to this channel! What happened to this late I have no clue but I like the exploring footage
Are there plans to clean up any of the sunken things?
Wonder how many of those rusty barrels have bodies in them (besides the first one they found, that is...)?
Watch out for Lakelurks
salt cedar is there everywhere
Yo that old barrel tho 👀
I wonder who's in that buried barrel.
I just wonder when Lake Mead dries up you might be able to see the bomber of close
How far are you from your truck when you day you need to get back? Thanks for showing us this. I am on East coast so interested to see this through yout eyes.
It looks like Mead Canyon form fallout dust
Nobody thought to take this opportunity to remove debris and clean up lake bed.
Now is the time to clean the place up. Water is coming
A dual sport motorcycle would be awesome for this
Imagine dumping a body in a lake and it just dries up
Those metal boxes were fish habitats
