The title should be “Moscow Has Fallen”. It should have been a blockbuster movie. Looking at the earnings, people didn’t really have an idea about this movie. It’s really a great movie.

Despite all the hate going around for this movie, I just want to say that this is a great movie!! As an Asian, for me this movie is 10/10. It's just a movie for god's sake! not that these things will happen for real! Gerard Butler's acting is superb as always! still a better story than the lighthouse keepers!

Great comment. I'm hyper-political. Have been a reader since my gra'mom passed on her love of books, reading and history to me as a child. But I have the avantage of being able to leave my brain at the door when I watch movies. Do a Homer Simpson, let the drool run and just go Duh. "Doh"? heh-heh. Watching all this shit about the movie Gone With the Wind being "racist". Not one of my favorite movies. Only watched it once. But there's a helluva back story that refutes all this "race" shit. Idiots can't spend five minutes doing their own "fact-checking" before defacing a statue of the "father of the modern novel" Cervantes and painting targets on the backs of his characters. Read the article "The Defiling of Miguel de Cervantes" by G.L. Ford. I read it and it made my blood boil. At the same time Hollywood has destroyed movies made today by over-dosing them with political correctness.

I saw it today. I wasn't expecting much but it was actually an extremely good movie. Definitely worth seeing.

i liked it because no feminist crap. I'm a fan of trans in womens sport while they clog up all mens spaces and 14 year old boys more capable.

I just got this DVD and thought it was really good. Gerald Butler did another outstanding job, but really, all of the acting was very good. I am glad I have it in my DVD library now, I will watch it again and it is good as far as language, etc. that my kids and their older teenagers can watch it.

I watched the movie tonight. Super impressed! Keep eyes on all the scenes. I didn't watch the story trailer or ad videos at all, but it was rather good. I killed my breath and looked on the screen, and my carotids shook as my beaten. I could not hold back my tears.

this was a great movie. Gerard Butler at it again. The story is about trust in circumstances that you've never been trained for. I recommend.

Traveler Light...Gerard is not only a lawyer, well he has a degree in LLB but never ended up obviously going into the profession but he's a smart bloke and the rebuttal to your point Butler being Scottish as MOST Scots have a very deep accent, IMO Butler's American accent at some times and cos it is specific words he cannot get the US accent right but for Gods sake he fucking tries. Again, the accent is so thick most Scots would be hard pressed to do as Yank accent...I reckon he does a bloody good job and ALL the GB hating here yet again is so inane and boring. He may not win an Oscar with their corrupted PC identity politics selection process/members of the Academy but he sure can act in specific genres...just my view. I love watching his movies and 'Den of Thieves' although as most Lollywood films don't really box office blitz given Lollywood's virtue signalling TDS most of the revenue for Lollywood is in the OS markets, China in particular and asia/europe.......the golden days of Hollywood are long gone.

Just saw this last night with my wife! Amazing movie! I would definitely recommend seeing it!

For all of you Arm Chair Warriors Hunter Killer is another name for a Fast Attack Submarine. I was a Fast Attack sailor as a Sonarman. When you actually want something done you get a Fast Attack. I for one am looking forward to this movie. It has been a while since we had any good Submarine movies and I hope this will be a good one.

Nuke MM here that was a SSN-765 plankowner. Good to see here some replies by the Shower Techs! :) Even though this looks incredibly unrealistic (a realistic boat movie would be incredibly boring and painful to watch), it does look interesting. Will watch it, of course while pointing out the horrible inaccuracies (If the trailer is any kind of indication). Hoorah (said by no submariner ever, well, maybe the super diggits)!

Awesome movie. Edge of your seat action. Gives you some insight as to life and command on a submarine. Gerard kicked ass. Making him a fill in captain was a great move. Brought a different dynamic which played into the movie.

Rented it on KZread and it was really good, recommended

This movie and most importantly this CAST is so awesome!!! I loved this movie and wish I had seen it in the Theaters. Like others said it, it was underrated. Wish it was given the hype it deserved.

The best. Less dialogue more action. ❤

This movie was fantastic Gerald Butter never disappoints

Just watched it on Netflix was not expecting that. To me, top 25 movies I’ve watched. Possibly top 10

Im so surprised to see Michael Nyqvist in this movie, when it was released in 2018, since he died around 2017. They still managed to finish the movie with him.

When you realize, that the movie title, has a new meaning in 2020-2022! It just needs one more word! HUNTER LAPTOP KILLER! :D
