It's not issue of suspension, it's issue with handle, tell service guy to loss handle and re fit it, your issue will be resolved, my one is having same type of issue and RE had sent mechanic at my city from metro, he had cleared my problem with in 30 min ...

I think this is the problem due to suspension fork. In the front suspension travel is less and at the same time suspension is soft so it easily bottoms out due to which as it hit the full travel the sound comes. If we change the front forks springs with harder springs the problem might go away.

i have the same problem with Cone (Most Likely) making a Tak sound & not a click sound. but in my case i can hear it only when i ride on ditches, Problem is its not heard all the time. i happned to meet another hunter customer who had the same noise issue looks like its Quality issue and RE needs to "Recall" these models affected which they are aware off & their unwillingness to fix this with a replacement part is concerning.

Sound is not actually from forks. it comes from front side of frame and joints where leg guards are jointed. Loose nuts make such sounds at front in my case. It has been resolved now

I have also hunter 350 and I faced this same issues with the bike from 300km run, now it's 3400km but not resolved

I am hearing strong metal sound from front end when I go on a bumps in bullet standard 350 new generation in my new bike just 20 days old

My Hunter bike also had this problem and I given to Rooster Auto mobiles / Pondicherry and after service - I no heard about the noise.

I am also the owner of Meteor 350 i am facing the issue of front suspension sound. Irritating sound is coming from front side of bike but the service center mechanics didn't find any solution firstly they said its normal then when i forced them then they said its the issue of coneset they changed that too but the problem is as it is as it was can you tell me what to doo?

It's a nagging problem but not worth taking the bike apart so many times and so much of headache. It is not that common a problem so I think its one of those cases where its just plain bad luck. I faced this problem with a kawasaki caliber I had and also a honda bike in the past. Back then the thought of changing a part was prohibitive as I couldnt afford, but today If I were you I'd change the entire left fork assembly if it costs 3-4k and get over it... One more thing both my earlier bikes had front discs, and I used to slam them often ,I liked to feel the front fork bounce, but it damaged something in the fork I guess...just an observation. So now I use engine braking and go little easy on the brakes themselves.

Same problem.... I have many more problems in my hunter...

As much I can hear the noise it is coming from the suspension... Please change the spring and bush, fill it with required quantity of fork oil... I hope this will solve the problem... This generally happens due to insufficient fork oil filled from the factory during the assembly...

Hello , The Oil was Changed from the SE . But Not the Spring and The Bushes . I made an Update video too . Please check that the suspension noise is gone now . ( after the Coneset and Ball racers were changed ) But Still the issue is not resolved. There is still some sound coming.

@@NeelChakrabortyVlogs Due to low fork oil it created more friction that's why the oil got damaged... As much I could hear I think it's gonna solve by changing the internal parts of the suspension. Again the damaged suspension and bad ball racers' sounds almost similar in recordings. But as much as I could assess I said that only...

@@NeelChakrabortyVlogs There are some typical problems with RE motorcycles that's passed through generations... I used to be a Quality Inspector at RE... So these are one of those common problems of new gen RE. Still i can't assure my solution as I'm not able to check the vehicle in person.

I think it's happening becus of handle risers...

Firstly Clean the Rear Brake Callipers and check the Life of the Pads . I think the Pads are out of Braking material. And Buy a Brake Cleaner from Amazon and use it after every 100kms It should be resolved. The noise from the instrument cluster area might not be from the Plastics. It might be a Fork issue , Ball racer and cone-set issue or Front wheel Bearing Issue . Go the service center and ask them to rectify

I'm pretty sure it might be your leg guard sound. Think before you open something big in your motorcycle check with some good engineers who knows well rather not damaging a good thing.

Bro i have the same problem with my new gt650, there is a tak-tak sound coming from the front suspension when i apply the front disk brake. Do any body have any solution for this sound pls let me knwo.

The RE mirrors are hella expensive but worth every penny. Best quality build , Clear view ( better than stock ) and Anti reflective. Go for it

Hi , I got my issues resolved from ADITIYA MOTORS in Kolkata , if you are from kolkata visit there once , and engine rattle is common in RE I was frustrated to , but that is the character of this long stroke engines , even the hinds make that nice , its the tappets . we can't solve it . it can be adjusted though , which will keep the sound in bay at least for 5 months

I have same issue with my meteor 350 and the RE service centre in my locality were unable to find out what’s wrong, my issue was not resolved 💔and the service center macanics were saying, it is normal 🫤

I went for royal Enfield service for 4 times but there is no solution, they are saying it's normal for all bike it's not a big issue they convincing us to leave Also I complained in customer care still issue is not solved I think it's an big issue in hunter every bike has this problem it's irritating while driving

@@mageshs5439 Firstly Try checking the wheel alignment and wheel pressure . And check the Cone set and Ball racer . If you’re very unlucky then it is a Chassis Issue .

@@indranildas05 Yes brother my problem is solved. But even after showing it 2 times to the showroom, when the problem was not solved, I complained to the company's official email id by attaching a copy of all the service receipts and RE replied immediately and changed the entire suspension set.
