that "night guard" is actually the Unreal Engine Mannequin model they give to people for free, its used as a set model so people and upload their own designs or downloaded character models onto it so it will have their skin, and have the model's animation, i used UE4 a bunch of times in high school for class

To be honest, I was actually chilled when I saw the Unreal Engine 4 Model (the Cyborg) walk into the Shadows. I was really expecting some kinda Silent Hill 2 I thought the Tables were gonna turn.

Btw the lighting changing brightness randomly is a problem with the engine's approach to reality. Of course as you know, our eyes change the brightness of things depending on what we're looking at (if we are in a dark room and go outside, you see everything extremely bright because your eyes tried making the dark room brighter), but in unreal engine light's brightness might depend on whether you're looking at it or not. In my case I fixed it just by making the camera's Min_Brightness and Max_Brightness almost the same
