Thank you both for covering such an amazing story. The human mind and body is an incredible thing. You pushing it to it's limits and coming out the victor in mind, body and spirit instead of the victim is inspiring.

This is an inspiring story. I just bought the book for my Dad. EMDR cured my PTSD with reoccurring nightmares that I'd had for 20 years...and it worked in 2 weeks. I didn't believe anything would work.

I'm so happy you found a treatment that worked to treat your PTSD. It's too bad MORE people who have had traumatic experiences knew about this treatment. For people who don't know what that is, Google EMDR.
