,to the Sifu from Lions Roar love watching your videos can you tell me from what lineage your Hung Gar comes . I had heard you were a Hop Gar practitioner, very interesting to watch your short power and your movements clearly not Hung Gar but effective nonetheless. Cheers Eamon Oz Hunga

ozhunga Wong Fei Hung - Fung Hok Biu - Law keung - Jimmy Chan Wai (my Si-Fu) in Hung Gar and Fut Gar (1975).

to ozhunga hung gar has all short/long movements,same as for legs,choose first what you need, but never question from what lineage it comes eg i learnt from tibetian monk should i have asked his lineage
