Here is the recipe so you don't have to wander for it 2 Cups of chickpeas 4Tbsp tahini Juice from 2 lemons 4Tbsp ice water (more or less depending on your thickness preference) 6 Garlic confit cloves (or 2 cloves raw garlic) 3Tbsp garlic oil (or olive oil) Salt (add 1tsp then keep adding to preffered salty level)

As a Leb, I approve. Also next time you’re making it (for an event or smth), try keeping a couple chickpeas from being ground up, and at the end put them on top of the hummus platter and it adds a nice texture change that might be appreciated.

The effort in the pronunciation of Hummus is very much appreciated and respected. When people pronounce it Humis it the equivalent of pronouncing Guacamole like Whak a mole or a Fajita with a strong J. Your pronunciation shows care and respect to the culture and food even if its not perfect its appreciated.
