Just look at the space in the back seat. We had a ‘49 Humber Super Snipe, enough room for the whole Family, Mum, Dad and nine Kids.

1930s Humbers aren't a car you see or hear about much. Very well engineered and under stated, rather like Armstrong Siddeleys and Daimlers. 👍👍

Stunning car

Looks like a side valve engine. Humbers were exponents of the ioe engine.

The first car I owned (1965) was one of these. It was the same colour, not as shiny, but I would think original. Sorry I didn’t keep it. The post war ones pre 1949/50 were the same shape with a boot added.

Yes , it was owned by the Nobel foundation not Alfred Nobel

Im my personal experience the European and American classic car market at the moment seems to value pre war cars more than our domestic market in England does at the moment , for example we ended up exporting the car featured in this video to Slovakia 🇸🇰
