Humanitarian and Compassionate Applications - When all else fails?

Ойын-сауық

With the opportunities of obtaining permanent residence, becoming fewer and fewer, more people are starting to realize that their dream of remaining in Canada is at an end. For some people, there may be humanitarian and compassionate reasons why Canada should grant them permanent residence notwithstanding the fact they are in eligible for other permanent resident programs. In this Live stream, Mark Holthe is joined by Ronalee Carey to discuss everything you need to know about humanitarian and compassionate applications so that you can decide if this is something right for you.

Can a Canadian Temporary Foreign Worker include his Adult Downsyndrome Sister as a Depedant to relocate to Canada. She lives together with him along with his live in partner . She is non verbal and has degree of intellectual disability but able-bodied like walk, feed , dress, toilet, bath, able to do chores. Her thyroid and sugar issues are managed. No other significant health issues. Do you have any advice. Thank you.

I will never recommend this Ronalee Carey Law service. Paying $400 for a 45-minute consultation is a waste of time. The consultant only gathers information and, in the end, instead of providing advice on how to address weaknesses such as Canadian ties, they simply send back the same information and an official immigration website link. This consultant is a money grabber and not recommended to anyone.
