It’s always been a class all its own.

They should have pushed the unique story to the end just like the first half of the trailer instead of ending it with a typical survival show.

They should make a movie where the entire government and science sector is exposed for the "climate" scam. They are eventually tried by a fair judge and the true science reveals that we are thriving, and can thrive if it was not for the meddling of the elite trying to play god. The movie would show how everyone comes together to reveal the truth and every country begins to thrive. But that would ruin the narrative.

yeh but the plot of this particular movie fits just the house. But I think a different movie on a wider scale with the same idea would be a good one. I didn’t think I’d like it, but I thought this was a good movie though. It kept me in suspense, which most movies rarely do these days.

A true “black comedy” and yet one that underneath the conceptual facade, really does get done to the had facts that when life is suddenly a zero-sum game, the knives really do come out

How is this black comedy and not dystopian horror? There is zero comedy. The only minor semblance of comedy is that Bob and Mia are kind of snarky characters- that's it.

So Canada circa 2020

I was a LSP on this film! I guarded the house over night, and I was there a few days during the day on that street with the houses. I was even there when they wrapped up with Jay Baruschel. And I developed a crush on one of the head PAs, and she got creeped out, and now I don't get LSP work anymore. Not that I was anything less than a perfect gentleman. I think she had bad experiences with untrustworthy people. At one point she told me where she was casually in convo, and then later in the convo I remebered and brought up her location again and she accused me of hacking her phone to get her location data... that she had openly just told me. Albeit, clearly I was exhibiting red flags to her so I respectful stepped away and gave her space. And haven't had a job since...

This is the EXACT plan that Thanos came up with to save his home planet's society. Well, to save half of them anyway. It's what actually sparked the flame and eventually turned him into the Mad Titan. Very interesting indeed.

Just watched this movie, and I honestly cannot see why there is so much hatred of it. Whilst not the best horror/thriller in the world, the premise of the movie is ok (if a bit far fetched), it is reasonably well acted, and does ask a few interesting questions of who you would get rid of and it is an ok one time watch - i'd get it on bluray if i saw it in the £1 bin or charity shop ! Give it a 6/10 at best. Spoiler : I did not get the ending 'video' though.- he needed two yorks - he had 2

Man, what a wasted opportunity. I was too ready for a wide scale dystopia with some serious commentary about the state of the world, but it felt like watching a parallel story with no relation to the main subject of the film. It really got lost in all the unrealistic characters, dialogues and situations. Oh, and gore... a lot of gore.
