Human Scale Regenerative Farming - Groundswell 2023
Ғылым және технология
Speaker: Richard Perkins
Richard Perkins built up the influential Ridgedale Farm on a shoestring budget in the harsh climatic, regulatory and economic conditions of Sweden. Here he breaks down his approach to land planning, economics and management necessary to make small farms thrive. Richard integrates holistic management, keyline design and various other ecological design approaches in his work, and has designed farms of all scales across 4 continents. Whilst the presentation concentrates on his work at his home farm, it embodies attitudes and thinking applicable to any farm that places ecological regeneration on the same footing as economic success and satisfied staff and customers.

So uplifting and empowering for farmers, potential farmers and for us who can support our enlightened farmers dedicated to honoring nature insuring it will flourish as it feeds us. Together we can promote regenerative farming!
I have not found any other practical academic like Mr. Perkins. Knowledge, analytics, application, fiscal responsibility and innovation are his diligence and success. Nice work Sir. P.S. There should be 50,000 comments here. But farmers don't talk much.
Well explained! A salute to this man
Very informative

8:00 Allan Savory has been completely debunked according to science, which is something he does not use.

Ask yourself who has debunked him and the look who they are funded by, I'm a qualified horticulturist and looking at mr Savorys methods he replicates what happens in the natural world , you could argue that isn't science but it works I would prefer to copy the natural world than take my advice from an agri-chemical company who's sole purpose is their bottom margin.
