For a person who's always afraid to say "no, I can't" when I know for a fact I deserve a break, every "yup, no problem" hurts like hell

I mean, yes - it's not good to worry too much about unfairness. But there is also manipulation and lying - the woman is manipulating this lady's work and creativity for her benefits. And for that, it should not be tolerated. Credit where credit is due.

Don't place too much importance about rising to the top, as it can make you unhappy. However, do speak up against unfairness, as it's not what you deserve. Nevertheless, i do agree that the little things in life are the most valuable ones.

An ordinary video could have ended with the employee quitting because she deserves more personal recognition. Instead, she found meaning in giving her best for other people.
