I have a few books that I've found in depth and useful (some are about animation, but you get some great tips about movement and composition still). The Animator's Survivor Kit by Richard Williams, The Illusion of Life: Disney Animation by Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston (old schoold disney animators) and offcourse How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way by John Buscema and Stan Lee. Great books! On a sidenote, but an easy read and always strangely useful for unclogging the mind, Impro: Improvisation and the Theatre by Keith Johnstone.

Simple beginners friendly great work
