My background is in manufacturing. Education: I taught a quality class for a Fortune 500 Co. in my youth. Quality has NOTHING to do with price! Quality is conformance to requirements. If a product does what it is intended to do it is quality. Marketing: If I sell you an ashtray for a dollar you buy an ashtray. If I sell you the same ashtray for $50 you have something to brag about to your friends. Sunglasses are no different.
I always thought the idea was to have the first shot in a wider spread, then second tighter for a target that is now further away (in the case of birds/clay).

You're probably right. As I said, I'm not an expert on shotguns.

It all depends on what you are shooting if you're shooting driven birds then the first shot would usually be further away hope this helps

If they are flying away from you you would shoot the more open choke first. If they are flying toward you then reverse.
Great to see you review Huglu. These are magnificent guns. Their engineers are ex-Parazzi. I just located the dealer in South Africa and am on my way to buy one. they also make a.410 which must bee the most fun gun I have ever shot made to the same standards as its bigger cusons
3:59 another reason you would want a selector switch is if you are shooting trap singles. You only load one round at a time so knowing which barrel is going to fire definitely is a must.

I didn't think of that, good to know! Cheers.
Great review thanks for sharing, listening to you pronounce Turkish names is a hilarious bonus as well😁
I like Turkish shotguns. 🤷🏻♂️ You don't always get what you pay for in terms of performance, you'll hit the law of diminishing returns. Yesterday I looked at an $8000 Browning Citori, grade 8. It was gorgeous. But I somehow doubt it will shoot any better than a $2000 Grade 1.
Cabelas/Bass Pro in the U.S. has a CZ Teal under contract with Huglu and looks just like these. I agree very well made for around 700 USD. Quite satisfied.
I got the huglu hrz coach gun and it's also case hardened can confirm it is bloody nice and is slowly becoming a safe queen. Great but but circa 1500 clams for the coachgun
The huglu/ ata/akkar shotguns are decent kit for the money, but with 1100$ i'm buying an older miroku 7 days a week
I own a $450 dollar MSRP Stoeger that I bought for $400. I've seen $3000 guns that don't perform any better than the one I own. I really don't care about name brand. If I spend 3 thousand of dollars on a gun, it better be gold plated.

There definitely are cheap guns that are good. I don't even own any gun over $1000... But some cheap guns are shit.
I concur, a rather nice shotgun with a delicious trigger.
Are you still selling it with the sticker still attached? 😂. My mate has one, says it shoots just fine.

How do you compare it vs Yildiz

I would say the Yildiz is better in general, but it really depends on model.
