Huge Whirlpool As I Unclog Culvert For The First Time In Years

I do not encourage anyone to enter culverts, unclog anything, or enter flooded areas as it can easily become deadly without the proper training
I unclog drains for fun in my spare time (I have been trained in culvert inspections for years with private co.) and I am osha trained.
Exploring anything abandoned can be dangerous or deadly without experience. I don't encourage anyone to enter any abandoned structures. Not only is safety a concern, but often times its illegal, and when possible I seek out permission from the owner or local police. I simply go to document its history before it's gone forever and I leave things the way I find them. I only take pictures and only leave footprints. I assume all the risks and responsibility before doing this. Please don't attempt to do this on your own. There could be nails, asbestos, falling concrete, soft floors, animals, or other hazards. Thanks for watching.

Its crazy to think that your videos helped me get a job! Ive always enjoyed them, and now I maintain a massive property in a wetland area, there are several culverts i have to constantly clear, and just watching hours of you clearing culverts and breaking down dams when necessary gave me a head start on what to expect, so i gotta say thank you!

If you make a habit of always doing that no matter what then you will never forget it when an officer is behind you. The same thing applies to every aspect of driving. The main rule of driving in the US is to keep to the right. If you always do that no matter what then you will never cut across the corner on a blind intersection and not have to worry about suddenly meeting someone else turning there.

We used to have a huge-ass beaver living in the trees behind our townhouse, when I was just a kid. He was absolutely huge, and had no fear of humans whatsoever. Very chill beaver. We never figured out where he had a dam, but every so often, you got to see him waddle along the treeline carrying or dragging sticks and saplings he'd cut down. It was pretty cool to see, as a kid. The complex collectively named him Canuck.

I believe those two large rocks were intentionally placed on top of culvert end. They do that to create a “berm” so dirt and gravel are caught before it can fall into culvert. Rocks moved downward naturally, partly plugging the pipe. Once grass is established, less need for the rocks.

Person: So what do you do for a living? Post 10: Well, I unclog water pipes and play with whirlpools. Person: Uh, I don't think that pays very well. Post 10: Hold my rake...

Excellent video, Post. I love your videos and your work. Your love for nature, and your enthusiasm is contagious. Your desire to play with the culvert water remind me of growing up in western NYS. Lots of great creeks and culverts! Keep up the excellent work. I look forward to every video you produce!

I am so delighted I came across your videos and this one has to be my favorite because we can hear the absolute joy in your voice as you play with the water. Please never lose that joy and keep sharing it with all of us. With so much negativity in the world right now, watching you playing and do the good works you do just gives me back some faith in humanity (and the joys of playing with water!). Be safe and have fun!
