You cannot. Last night on GB News they showed a video of a young Jewish man wearing his scull cap on the streets of London. There was a mass protest going on about the War in Israel - Palestinian supporters. The Young man was told by a Police Office that he was obviously Jewish, he needed to go away from the protesters or he would be arrested! It shows clearly who the police are supporting doesn't it.

My Husband and I switch off when Amy Nickell s a guest on any of the GB News Shows. You are correct, she is the reason the Country is in the mess it is in. She is anti Brexit and would like nothing better than to see us back in the EU. She advocates for free movement of people (open borders for all) yet never mentions the damage mass immigration has done to the very infrastructure of this Country. She has dual National born in the UK, but has American Nationality and is apparently worth around $2,000,000. She has a Son born when she was 24 years old. She attended Leeds University. Don't mean to be rude or anything but this has nothing do with forcing religion on anyone, actually in Islam you're not allowed to force religion onto people. This was more or less about the school taking away the right to pray. Students had previously been allowed to pray in the yard at breaks and lunches but this has been banned by the school. Students praying in a corner of the playground during breaks does not cost the school anything. They have to accommodate anything or give any special priveledges. No one is being forced to accept anything, on the other hand though the school is forcefully stripping the Muslims students a part of their identity. As its a secular school, it's understandable if they don't want to make any accommodations or any expenses for religion such as a prayer room however prayer is a fundamental part of being a Muslim and it is OBLIGATORY for Muslims. No special room is required for prayer, many people are perfectly fine with not having one and are happy to simply pray outside, in some little corner. They are being denied their fundamental right to freedom of religion. Like I said I don't mean anything rude, I just wanted to clear up your misconception

As I also mentioned at the beginning, in Islam everyone has a right to freedom of religion. Whether or not we think your beliefs are wrong, we don't have a right to obstruct you from it. We can advise and debate but not force. In Islam, there is a big emphasis on one's intentions. Even if you were forced into a religion, if your intentions don't align with the religion then it's completely pointless as you don't really believe. So yes I do believe my religion is the correct path for me, you and everyone else on this earth. Would I force you to become a Muslim? No. I hope this clears things up

I think you'd be very surprised. You not being particularly religious as a child or teenager or other people you know not being religious as a child or teenager doesn't mean there aren't children and teenagers who care about their religion. Prayer is an integral part of being a Muslim. It's an obligation for us and even those who aren't that religious know how important prayer is. I would rather pray at home or in a mosque but if I can't then I have to make do with wherever I am. We can't just decide not pray because we aren't at home, no we have to pray no matter what. I object to a child being given legal aid for such a case, when British people are can't get legal aid to fight important cases. Also previously, the headmistress shared that there is no room for a prayer room in the school anyway.

You teach the facts of all religions to encourage tolerance, in the same way you teach the facts of any other subjects. Ie. The main beliefs, the important prophets, gods etc, the name of places of worship and main religious festivals. However, you are not allowed to indoctrinate promote or share your or any one faith above another whatever it is, with any pupils. Literally the main facts in order that pupils understand the different religions or absence of religion people choose to follow in this country, and understand/respect their choice. However practising their chosen faith in their own time, not at school especially as the majority religion of this country is still Christian and our country was founded on Christian principles.

These families and students know the rules before they enrol.

What other religion would bully a school for the sake of prayer? The problem is they've become so used to pandering to this religion they presume they have more rights than any other. I'm sick of it.

It’s amazing that a judge disagrees with muslim requests to make a change. Usually they are bending over to please.

Every parent knows what the rules are when they enroll their child or children at Michaela School. The high academic excellence and success over the years for students speaks volumes that the school administration and staff know what they are doing! If a person doesn't like it then don't send your child there! Those protesters can go and start their own school or send their child to a school affiliated with their religion.

She obviously didn't see the previous Muslim guest who said prayer can be done after school it does not to be at specific time

Muslims prayer is a form of provocation. They demand prayer rooms, or they will terrorise you. They come from miles around to take over the streets, to pray in public, to intimidate, obstruct traffic, take over the streets.

Surely God is always watching and listening. I was taught you can say a silent prayer anywhere any time.

Amy clearly has not bothered to listen to any of the interrviews explaining the space constraints and ethos of the school, and where does she think a 'prayer room' to accommmodate 50% of the pupils who are moslem, and all the other religious observations of every other faith of pupils at the school, to be accommodated? The school is clear...it does not have prayer facilities, it adhers to a secular format that all pupils can join in with, and there is nothing to stop pupils from praying at home or mosque before or after school hours, just as every other faith can, and does, too.

About time if they want to pray go to the mosque and stop this bullshit amen 🙏✝️❤️👑😇

You are confusing faith with facts! You learn facts at school about all subjects which includes the basic facts which unite or separate all religions eg. the main festivals, the names of places of worship, the names of gods and prophets etc. That is general knowledge and is part of education! You do not teach, indoctrinate or advocate any faith! That is personal choice! No difference from teaching any facts about countries, history or anything else.

@audreyblack8629 Unfortunately, there are state funded religious schools in the UK. The number of faith schools is also increasing. These schools can also deliberately omit the children of taxpayers if they want. They can also just teach their religion in RE as ofsted don't specifically check this. They do not have to teach the facts about other religions. Humanists UK has a lot of info about this subject.

I was told in 2019 that legal aid no longer exists here, so why are that lot getting it????????????????

Who actually paid for this legal action - was it legal aid?

The money wasted because of that young woman is a disgrace. Thank heavens for that head teacher. Some Muslim behaviour is out of control and police action is very necessary to prevent their appalling crimes.

Make this lady the Prime Minister, there will be no Britain!!
